I'm late to the conversation but the price seems too high. As Greg mentioned, 3 to 5 times gross but also looks at net. I use a net times 10 as a good guide. Now, it's possible the seller is putting some cash from sales in his pocket instead of the bank but the price still seems too high

The monsoon is a workhouse. Will clean a car just as good as any new auto if not better. Only problem is it's slow. 6-7 minute top wash. I could probably tell you why that IBA is not working with a phone call if you know how to use a multimeter. It's a great machine to start to build business with then eventually swap out once you have the clientele and get busy enough to justify a quicker automatic.

Blanco - I’ve seen Monssoons in action years ago and I did not see that they had the ability to size a car and they did not use any higher impingement nozzles. It seemed like they treated every car like a box. How do they clean so well - other than using the right chemical set up?

They do size a vehicle. There is a set of photo eyes mounted on the bridge and on the first pass calculates the vehicles length. The way the wand rotates pretty much all the way to ground in the front and rear completely covers every bit of vehicle with Presoak and HP rinse. Since they are slow machines dwell time for chemicals and also the HP rinse pass is very effective. The rocker panel blasters do great job too. Like you said the right chemical set up is key though.
