Can't Call Kleen Rite???

Anybody else having trouble reaching Kleen Rite Corp.?

Tried the 800 #. Busy signal.

Saw notice on their website: " 800 # down. Please use 717 #.

Busy on 717 also!

Need soap! Need parts! ( yes I waited too long thinking a few days from order to delivery ). Wrong I was!

Our 800# is currently down due to a T1 line issue. We are doing our best to resolve the situation, however, external assistance is needed.

You can still call our local line 717-684-6721, but we are limited to 5 lines, so you may get a busy signal until a line opens up.

Our website is always available 24 hrs. / 7 days a week.

T1.... I just had a flashback from my old job of me standing in a computer room with all the techs and IT managers discussing our T1 problems. Thanks.... LOL

i did get an email a few hours after my post. my order is processed and scheduled to arrive tomorrow. sweet!
