I've only had my Profile open for about a month and I wake up this morning with a nice nasty text and pictures of scratches on a BMW saying my machine scratched his car. Camera arch just paid for itself.

Ive only had a couple of scratch complaints but a quick look at the car and they are often running perpindicular to the way the brush is spinning.

I use 4 hi-res cameras per bay. Definitely pays off for those 'scratch' scammers..

Had a guy call me to look at the scratches on the front of his hood. Couple of them were pretty deep. He wondered if maybe something came off the machine during the wash. I told him he certainly would have noticed that. I then brought him inside to look at the video from my inspection cameras. You plainly see the scratches before he went in. He understood but was really confused as he had not seen the scratches before, and really thought it was from the wash.
Good cameras really pay off..
