Have a very busy high profile car wash w/gas c-store and permits for 4 bay lube in NJ, location in need of funds to build 4 bay lube center, currently stuck with a bad fuel supply agreement looking for funds to take out existing supplier to get facility up to where it should be. My gas volume is down by more then 50% and wash sales are off by 20%, we still generate close to $1M gross in wash considering what our supplier is doing to us. great opportunity for someone to invest / partner. lease lube gas or c-store are all possibilities with right partner/investor.
Also have 2nd car wash I have about $1.1M into need funds to finish exterior esthetics and grand opening advertise etc. in Pa ABE area huge 165'tunnel all new equipment 2 bay lube, self serve and detail bays 14,000 sq ft building tons of room.
