Blendco Rhino Sheen Clear-Coat

I just got delivered some Rhino Sheen Clear-Coat from Blendco and the dilution ratio is 1000:1 how do I get that amount? and even if I get it to 1000:1 won't the high pressure spray dilute it further.

If that's a product equivalent to Rain-X, you don't need to apply it at high pressure.
