Blendco Customers

I wanted to address a recent Thread I created about Blendco. I expressed concern about the products and now I wanted give Blendco some love about their response to it. They have made two trips to my car washes. Doing tests, taking samples, and working with me to solve any issues. They also explained to me what is going on with the new ownership. It sounds like there are some pretty excited things in the works. Thanks for the great customer service and great products.

I always like happy endings, almost as well as I enjoy using good products. As a long time user I never doubted that Blendco would assist you and that the results would turn out good.

Well, out of curiosity, what exactly was the issue? If it stumped the rep, I would like to know, as I'm sure others who use Blendco.
