Got an Inbay Touchless we are installing in South Florida. Are there any suggestions for Chem Suppliers, outside of Shipping in?

While not local, Kleen Rite will deliver for free if you buy enough (four 55-gallon drums, five 30-gallon drums, 36 five-gallon containers). If you order vending, they throw the shipping for that in for free. I don't know about parts.

Get a local chemical company to get you started and learn what is needed. There is a lot to learn, know, and adjust to be able to DIY your chemicals in an touchless machine and clean effectively.

My testimony is that their products perform well. Their website is slow for browsing and ordering, admittedly. Calling them is fine. I've never had an issue.
