Best powder pre soak for touchles cleaning:

Never tried Simoniz correct. Never needed to because KR Super Kleen Powder mixes well and works well.

My foamer I use is Simoniz Foam additive; 2 1/2 gallons per drum.

Soap cost per car is 8 cents and the cars come out great. many look buffed after a wash.
 
So 2 step Pre-Soak, HP rinse, 3x foam, cc/wax, SFR, Dryers...? NO WAY that can come to 17 cents / car.
Or, maybe you just mean the Pre-Soak only?
