Hi guys,
Any suggestion about the best & easiest way to clean soft foam brush material (like neoglide. etc.)? I do it with the HP gun and some chemicals but has anybody tried to put the brush maybe into a barrel? Cheers Justclean

For Ryko FoamBrite material, we recommend not using water hotter than 120 degrees, or using cleaning chemicals with a pH of 10 or higher, or 4 or lower.

Brushes should be thoroughly wet. Drop the top brush down on a service vehicle. Use a mild dishwashing soap and work about 8-10 oz into the brush. Turn on the brush and let it spin on the vehicle for 5-10 minutes, then rinse with a hose or "warm" water and raise the top brush.

For the side brushes, make note of the pressures for the side brushes. Reduce the air pressure for all arms to zero, and tie them together. Work 8-10 oz of dishwashing soap into those brushes, then let spin against each-other for 5-10 minutes followed by a rinse. Reset all your pressures.

We've found that Dawn works pretty well at removing most road film from the FoamBrite material.
