Best Coin Counter?

Thats the nice thing about cryptopay. No need for any coin counting. Hook up the two gray wires to your coin acceptor and get an accurate revenue down to the quarter. Nothing is more accurate and less time consuming than that for figuring gross revenue with coins and/or credit.
I tried to find two grey wire but not lucky enough. diagram would definitely help. thanks

Did you purchase new CryptoPay devices or used? Grey wires are attached to the back of the CryptoPay devices with the other necessary wires. They attach to the coin signal. You can find a diagram via Google as CryptoPay has it online.

That said we never found them to be accurate as they count coin pulses and the CryptoPay devices trigger coin pulses too when cc is used. For some reason they are always off. Our coin scale is perfect as I compare it to the bank count/sort. If you want an accurate coin count and have Dixmor timers I have found the counts on the timers to be fairly accurate. You just need to reset them after emptying coin box or note the count. Easy and quick to do either approach.

I do want to switch from tokens. And while I understand the $1 coins concept, IMO they are a PITA, I need to order them from my bank. ( I used these as change for cash at my other location from my Goldline IBA paystations)
This site is Self Serve only, and I'm going to need to sort between $1 tokens and US quarters. This change/update will cost me just a coin counter/sorter.
So back to my original question, is there anyone out there sorting between $1 tokens and US quarters? Which coin counter are you using?
Thanks in advance.

I have the counter that you linked, it will sort and count with no issues. It seems to be almost identical to the Scancoin 303. I have used Scancoin 303s, 313s, Klopps and the Ribao CS10S. All worked well. We accept tokens, dollar coins and quarters so we are sorting all three.

I know you are set on dispensing quarters but I agree with the other responses. You may think dollar coins are a PITA, quarters will be worse. Don't bother with quarters, either stay tokens or add dollar coins. As prices increase $4, $5 or more, feeding quarters is a bad experience for the customer. No one wants to feed 20 or 30 quarters into the machine. Then you are adding work to sort them out. We accept quarters but have not dispensed them at any of our sites in 20 years. Just my opinion and it is worth less than you paid for it :)

Interested in this..... My newest site uses tokens, and that is something I want to move away from. So I'm going to setup my IDX coin acceptors to take both quarters and tokens. I have two bill changers, and I want to convert one to dispensing quarters instead of tokens. What coin counter have folks used that can sort between US quarters and tokens.
Has anyone had luck with this: Ribao CS10S
I use the Ribao have been for about 5 years. Works fine. I think you should re evaluate moving away from tokens. Instead Change the Value of the tokens to $1. This will reduce the likely hood of coin jams, reduce theft incentives, Reduce Equipment wear and tear, Reduce the amount of coins you have to physically collect, and most importantly increase revenue.
