All,
I am trying to become more efficient with signing customer's up on subscriptions and fleet accounts with my Beacon Mobile App. Does anyone have any user guides that they would be willing to share? I would like something that walks the fleet account manager through setting up the account, adding users, etc. Also, a video or guide to give to each of the drivers to be able to navigate to the fleet side of the app so they can wash/vac. Subscriptions are pretty self-explanatory, but we do get a few customers that struggle with signing up and issuing the wash. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
