Bay freeze alert

Looking for a simple and reliable temp sensor that can withstand in bay environment AND send text to two or three numbers when bay temp drops to a set temp. Looking ahead to cold temps in case heater or doors fail. My previous system tied to the Hamilton DAN is no longer supported….good thing I found out before cold!!!
