Barbed fitting - hose breaking loose

The hose connected to my solutions pump on Washworld APEX IBA has broken loose from the barbed fitting a few times. IBA was installed 3 months ago. Is it standard to use barbed fitting on pump that is outputting around 250-275PSI? Installers had one hose clamp, after hose broke loose I replaced the hose and installed 2 clamps. Any thoughts? Thanks

That does seem like a lot of pressure for a regular hose barb. I have noticed there are variances in the diameters of fittings and hoses within a nominal size. Some seem too loose, and some you have to heat to get onto the barb. Worm gear clamps can gaul and seize the screw before the clamp gets tight enough, especially the ones with stainless screws. I have been switching over to T-Bolt clamps as they can be tightened more. After a month, you will find that they need to be tightened up again due to the hose shrinking. Some push-lock hose can withstand those pressures if you are willing to swap it and the fittings out. Can you read the hose to see what exact hose it is?
