Weird scenario in N DFw. Dbl iBA w/ Petit & WW Profile. Fast growing area, of N DFw, but there's an Autec mini xpress, with a 3 year Head Start, caddie corner across the street! It is very busy & open 24/7.

Only 4 Vacs, & slowness of the Profile scares me.

They were @ $2.2, & have came down $500k, but i still ain't a player @ that amount.

It actually says "Tandem Surfline" on the Profile unit.
It is 2 seperate units. 1 with brushes, & other with wheel scrubbers.

The Tandem Surfline is a PDQ machine - not a Washworld Profile.

No you’re not - they look similar. I don’t know pricing but that Tandem can probably wash a bit faster with the dual bridge design.

A lot will depend on what options you have on the machine. They can range from $150-200K. If it has an onboard dryer, that would increase the price as well.

Similar to the Profile in price. I have a regular Tandem, not the Surfline. They quoted about the same as a Profile when quoting the Surfline.

I have a Petit & Razor Edge.
Petit leaves Tiger striping, & they're coming next week AFAIN, to try & figure out why.
Razor Edge is awesome in every way.

I have also had a SoftGloss & loved it. Backend washing was good, not spectacular, but good.

Tandem SurfLine is a site im looking at, that hasn't opened up yet... Im concerned about slowness

I haven’t seen too many cloth machines quicker than the softgoss. It’s not the most modern and sleek design, but it can fly through cycles. I know they have some sort of kit or update for the back brushes to improve back end cleaning. Autec also can cleans car pretty quickly compared to others.

Speed will depend on how you setup the wash packages. The Surfline can do a wash in as little as 2:30 for the basic wash. The ulitmate wash with single brush pass around is around 4:30-5:00 average. If you have onboard dryers, it will add additional time. There are quite a few different ways you can configure them for speed without sacarficing quality.

I think if unless you plan on fixing your machine yourself. It's ALL about Customer Support And Service. And Service Really needs to HAVE some Knowledge..and not get there and have to Call Someone on How to Fix our Equipment.
