If you have an employee, attendant, clean up guy or whatever; what are their duties, how much time do they work for you, and how much do you pay them?

Attendant and/or groundskeeper pay

Three sites close to each other $15 per hour 10-12 hour's a week.
One site $15 per hour 5-6 hour's a week.
Both check door's, wash bay's, empty trash, lot clean up and notify me of any issues with anything on site needing repair.
If I could find 2-3 people that could help more, assist with the repair's or be an attendant I would bring them on as well. Good luck with that!

$300/mo. He has full time job elsewhere. He is VERY honest, but not super reliable.
