Assembly/installation IBA,

Bibionka

New member
Hello!
I am from Poland, and I am going to buy a pre-owned IBA, in my country there is no distributors and no one is selling IBA, I need to know If I am able to assembly/install by myself the IBA.
Which machines are the most easy in install and maintance? And Which are the fewest damaged.
Sorry, for my English.

Proper installation will be critical to the success of your business. Based on your situation and, I'm assuming, little or perhaps no experience in the carwash business, I recommend that you get a very simple machine. This will help minimize potential installation problems and keep maintenance expenses low.

The Broadway friction roll-over (gantry) is not very flashy but it is relatively easy to install, it does a good job of cleaning and its very low maintenance. If you want touch-less, I suggest a used PDQ Laser 4000. The 4000 is relatively easy to install and its a proven workhorse. With either of these machines, you can literally fix 80% of problems over the telephone.

I own a Side Trac 700 and it is a great little machine that washes the heck out of cars. Not the fastest or flashiest, but nice and dependable for me over past 3 years.

Problem is they are no longer made and Superior Carwash Systems appears to have gone the way of the dinosaur.:(

Thank You for Yours responses!
Do You know some others people besides Carwash Consignment, who sells pre-owned IBA??

Bibionka, here's something to consider. Since you have not installed one of these, I highly recommend bringing someone from here to your country. You would only have to have him there a couple of days. He could assist you during the installation and check it out for you on startup. Considering the total cost of a wash project, spending a few thousand would be well spent. And please, don't apologize for your English. There are people here who have gone through our entire school system, and still can't write as well as you do.
