I was pressure washing my lot today and thinking there has to be a quicker and easier way to do this. I found the surface cleaners on Kleen-rite's website and was wondering if anyone has used these and if they work well. They look cool but they're also not cheap. Thanks.

I have used this type:

If you have the pressure
minimum 1,800, maximum 4,000 PSI
and volume
minimum 2.0, maximum 8.0 GPH

2,500PSI @ 4 GPH might be typicle

At that pressure and volume, they work great and save a lot of time.

I have one - at 2,000 PSI it doesn't work very well. Given enough time it will blast the grime off the concrete, but it's a futile effort. If I do one 20 x 20 foot section of the lot, in a week you can't tell the difference anymore. Instead I use a 2508 tip at 2,000 PSI on a 30" lance and can thoroughly rinse an acre of concrete in about 45 minutes.

I have one. I use it with my gas powered 3,000 psi pressure washer. I use a couple of times a year for deep cleaning. It's an all day event, even on my small lot. It makes the place look great until some prick comes in and washes topsoil out of the back of their pickup, then it looks like it was never cleaned in the first place.
