I got this post card in the mail yesterday from Amazon & Stone chemicals….

still quite pricey compared to Kleen-rite chemicals on sale…. however, this 800 lb gorilla will keep suppliers and distributors more honest….

Happy Washing!

Stone is a reputable brand with good quality. I’m guessing this might be their way to be as available as the lines sold at KR, without being sold at KR.

Not that I know of. I just meant it is a way for them to get wider distribution - but that’s just a guess on my part.

I've been told that Kleen-Rite branded chemicals are made by Simoniz. They are not rebranded products, they are made to Kleen-Rite's specifications.

I'm guessing many companies make it to their specs. JBS makes some of them. I think I was sworn to secrecy on that but whatever.....

I tried stone products years ago and was not impressed the rainbow line specifically. I will say the soap salesmen was good about following up and then I broke the news to them on how their product performed on about the 3rd follow up.

I had good results with one of their sealers years ago - forgot the name- it was vanilla scented. . Also liked their citrus shampoo. These were in a friction wash. I knew a few operators who liked their presoaks for touchfree. Blue demon and Kemade. I think there was a poster in this forum who liked the presoaks.
