I have a 4 bay self serve wash and have been running air powered flo jet pumps for my pre soak for years. My feed line hose keeps popping off the barb. It seems to be building pressure for some reason. I don't believe it is a check valve because I disconnected all the feed lines to the bays and they did not back feed. Thoughts?

You could have a check valve failing intermittently.

By feed line, do you mean the inlet line to the pump?

This may be a good guess. That little brass barb is actually part of the check valve. A failure may cause the air line to pop off.

There are usually two reasons for this. Make sure the air pressure to the pump is below 100 psi. The other thing that can cause this is a bad check valve in the manifold over the top of each high pressure boom. If one of those goes bad things will either pop off or blow up.
