Air compressor failure

My air compressor blew its breaker over the weekend so none of the chemicals worked. When I flipped the breaker back on this morning, nothing happened. The compressor did not kick on at all. So I flipped the breaker back off and when I did, the motor popped loudly and there were big sparks (see video). Is this just a burnt out motor? The compressor runs a lot due to air leaks in the ARO pump I haven’t been able to address.

Is there something else I should look at or just replace the compressor motor?

I opted to close off the bays until I can get it fixed.

I'd look at the most cost effective approach and probably replace the motor. But if the motor is more than a new air compressor I might replace the air compressor. I would diffidently address the air leaks. I'd probably replace the ARO pump with a Flo jet.
