Adding Rain-X

SplishSplash

Self Serve Operator
I am going to add Rain-X to my wash, however I do not know what product I should eliminate!? I offer both clear coat and wax. Has anyone replaced either with Rain-X and what was the feedback you got?

If you are adding this to your self serve bay, I put the RainX on the next to last step, directly before the spot free rinse. It took the place of the HP wax. I also converted it to low pressure. It has a better show and smell this way, and I understand it works better.

I would have to agree with this. Putting it right before the spot free is the best location. Most automatics and tunnels do the same thing so why not in a ss. I also agree that low pressure is the way to go.
