Curious if anyone has added a food truck/coffee truck to drive traffic and increase revenue. I have a space for one on my lot and I'm on a hard corner with a high school down the street, the school district police station next door and the school district bus barn down the street. Mostly industrial area with some residential. about 12k vpd.
The wash was shut down for 4 years and I've been remodeling it and installed a new Petit. 5ss bays and the IBA. We're slowly seeing an increase in traffic but I'm thinking of other ways to get more people on site and coming to increase activity. I'm considering hiring a coffee truck to come by for special events and promos (like car meet ups) but it made me think that I could park one permanently. If anyone has tried this, would love to know about your experience.
