Adding card reader to older Hamilton goldline

Hi guys, looking for some help on what I need software and hardware wise to be able to add a credit card payment option. This is a Hamilton goldline. All the guts have 2018 setup. I’ve attached the pics for equipment set up. Thank you in advance!
