Adding a Wash n Go option

Hi All,

I operate a 100' exterior with a towel dry. Come spring we want to add an express wash n go option with no towel dry.
The customer stays in the car.
My question is: what is the best method to notify guys at the exit end that a car in the tunnel is coming through as an express so no towel dry. We do hand a receipt to all customers now. Besides a receipt is there any other idea? I also thought of putting an additional monitor located in the employee room for my DRB system so they could toggle & see. Naturally I am trying to avoid the guy paying for an express & then getting towel dried on the exit end.

Any comments would be appreciated.

Can you wire in a light/indicator sign that will be visible to your exit end employees? Something that lights when the express package is purchased and indicates no towel dry. Either that or do just the opposite and have it light for all of your packages except the one that does not receive a towel dry. Maybe an led strip that can be worked into your equipment look and/or branding of your wash.
 
We use a strobe type fire alarm horn. We use a function on our tunnel controller to turn it on at the blowers.
 
If you want to offer wash-and-go option, that would be great time to fully automate the wash so you can compete more effectively.

Substituting capital for labor will reduce operating expenses and allow for more profit centers to boost average per car sales revenue.
