ACW IV Audit Vault Count Incorrect

My ACW IV (v4.23) is not reporting the correct number of tokens received. The count under "audit vault count" is to high by a factor of about 20%. What could be going on?

Every other register under audit vault count is exact.
 
Do you have tokens of different values? We use two types of tokens...one has a value of a dollar and the other has a value of $8. We use the $8 value token to send to folks that have a problem. Even if they purchase a $5 wash we send the token that allows them to select the wash of their choice. If they use the token and select the $5 wash they do not get change...
 
No. I use Paper Token-notes and also Brass Tokens....both valued at $6.

I think it's something internal to my controller. When I get time, I'm going to swap it with my other automatic bay, and see if the problem migrates.
 
That would be a good next step....I take it the other one tallys correctly now and is not showing the problem.
