ACW 4 Cryptopay Problem Revisited

Just installed the cryptopay upgrade to my ACW4. Have an updated controller with the latest software thanks to Randy. Have the same problem I have seen here before. It verifies and charges the card but does not start the wash. Keeps scrolling card accepted and that's it over and over. Rechecked all connections and everything is good. Nobody posted solutions to this problem. Is it the wiring? Have the newer two red/green wires where one goes to pink. Does the other red/green have to go to common like the bay boxes? Cash and coin work just fine. Isit in the programming of the controller? Randy programmed it so I'm positive it could not be the controller. Setup on the cryptopay website is basic. Though have no clue what to put in for time per coin. Why have that option for an automatic? Any solutions you guys can give me will be greatly appreciated.

I remember troubleshooting an install last year with the same problem. I can't remember the specific colors but it was indeed a connection on the wiring going to pulse the controller, so I would encourage you to double check that stuff. I think mine had a small T tap connection and when I inserted the spade connector the male missed the female.

I got rid of the tap connectors and just spliced the wires in.

I figured it out. All the videos and instructions fail to mention the second red/green wire. One needs to be connected to the pink wire on the controller and the other must be connected to your 24V common. Just like in the bay boxes.
