Above Ground Reclaim System

Does anyone currently have an above ground reclaim system installed at their site? We are currently looking to install one this year. For any current owners who do have an above ground reclaim system, did you run into any issues with the county/state in regards to regulations or codes that prohibit above ground tanks for the reclaim system? Do you have any recommendations for reclaim systems/manufacturers?
 
Ron Pickett with Carisma Car Wash in Houston has several above ground systems designed by Bob Koo of AquaChem, Lakeland, FL. If you have the real estate to have one, it works great. Why would above ground tanks be a problem, the cities store water in above ground tanks (their last tanks were double wall plastic), used in the petroleum industry.
