Below is one of the many Lulus that I spotted within your first link.
"The Obamacare Medical Device Tax begins to be assessed on January 1, 2013. Medical device manufacturers employ 409,000 people in 12,000 plants across the country. This law imposes a new 2.3% excise tax on gross sales – even if the company does not earn a profit in a given year. Exempts items retailing for <$100."
Since I know of a very hard working enthusiastic young engineer in that high precision medical device manufacturing field ... that tax does not make the best sense ... especially if the manufacturer is experiencing a marginal profit year. From experience & observation, most gross receipt "gotchas" need better consideration.
Like I said before ... since I have been one of the few car wash owners who has volunteered to pay health coverage of his full time help for over 15 years & saw it go up by around 20% for 2012 ... we need to find a better solution than what is happening right now!

Well, check out this movie, it's in the theaters, sadly the people that need to see it won't. I'm pretty sure, if O stays it won't matter what else is going to happen, we are toast.

I saw the movie 2016 about Obama and it really sheds light on his actions.My recent travels last month out of the country I was surprised by the foreign news papers concerned about the US debt and predictions as to how long before the US economy really takes a major dive.

The movie did show items that we should all be concerned about ... it certainly was worth watching to help offset some of the intrinsically evil beliefs presented by the other side.
Several of my mother's aunts & uncles & many first cousins were stuck behind in the iron curtain for many decades. I grew up in a family of four where we were shown the dangers of the Bolshevism philosophy. The American public needs to not be lulled into that type of false promise.
One of those distant cousins visited a few years ago here in the USA. Communicating with him was very revealing since he had experienced being governed under both philosophies. He was very passionate about the gains that Pope John Paul II & President Reagon were instrumental in making.
Part of the problem with our economy is a whole bunch of little things that add up to some really big things! As many people as possible here in the USA & abroad need to get their consciences properly formed through the best possible information.

Section 203 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 204) is amended to read as follows:
‘‘SEC. 203. COMMISSIONED CORPS AND READY RESERVE CORPS.
‘‘(a) ESTABLISHMENT.— ‘‘(1) IN GENERAL.—There shall be in the Service a commis-
sioned Regular Corps and a Ready Reserve Corps for service in time of national emergency.
‘‘(2) REQUIREMENT.—All commissioned officers shall be citi- zens of the United States and shall be appointed without regard to the civil-service laws and compensated without regard to the Classification Act of 1923, as amended.
‘‘(3) APPOINTMENT.—Commissioned officers of the Ready Reserve Corps shall be appointed by the President and commis- sioned officers of the Regular Corps shall be appointed by the President with the advice and consent of the Senate.
‘‘(4) ACTIVE DUTY.—Commissioned officers of the Ready Reserve Corps shall at all times be subject to call to active duty by the Surgeon General, including active duty for the purpose of training.
