I have a 2 bay laser 4000 and one pump stand the overhead manifold air is set to 60 psi and the other is 80 psi is there a reason for this? The rest of the air settings are the same. Also if I want to make the soap foam more instead of be runny would I just turn up an air setting?

60 -80 whatever it takes to get what you want for foam and coverage.though I dont have any units running quite that high. in theory sometimes you can adjust the air and get better foam not always that easy. and depending on the age of your lasers you may have clogged aeration generation material. ie(plastic scouring pad) located in the overhead manifold.

The air pressure setting on the pump station panel is strictly for air to the overhead and soap. There is a different gauge for the 3X Color Foam, generally mounted on the wall. The 3X will vary depending on the foam consistency that you are looking for, the same as the soap.

60 is the arch air, 80 should be the cross over air for the under carriage/arch.
