Self serve bays are operational and accept both coin and credit (cyptopay/tap). Corner lot with 155ft on the main road - urban area, MDOT shows 11K/Day car count. In area of quick service restaurants, service stations, and dispensary - mixed commercial and industrial zoning.
The IBA (Ryko - side and top brushes) is not operational and will need either replacement or significant repair (upgrade controls, paystation, roll up doors, etc)
The wash was abandoned and completely non-functional when I bought it. I've done significant work over the past few years to get the SS bays working as well as equipment and building refurb (new roof, water softener, etc). I've also installed remote access (cameras/remote controls) and there is a site attendant. There are 4 vacs (Coleman Hanna - Supervac 3) that are completely rebuilt/working. Presently operating at a loss, although monthly cashflow has been improving and approaching breakeven excluding major maintenance events.
I don't have time to work on it anymore to get it to the next level where it needs to be. There is upside opportunity - get the IBA working and improve cosmetics as economic investments in the region drive growth. I presently do no marketing, which is a further significant opportunity as there are only a couple operating SS washes in town - there's an active community available - I can't do much given restrictions from my full-time job.
