360++ delayed texts

I had a 360++ installed in October. Since, I've been receiving emails quickly but texts for notifications, errors and warnings can take up to 3 days to be sent. This happens on both a pixel 6, Samsung S22 and iPhone 17. Has anyone else had this issue and willing to advise what I can do to get texts when they actually happen?

There is a timer on the email settings that allows you to delay the time when emails are sent. But not sure about 3 days.

Thanks for responding. My emails come through fine, it's the text messages that don't come through up to 3 days later.
