3 Bay Pit piping design

Hello, I am looking to purchase a 3 Bay Self Service Carwash that has been closed down for several years. My question is does any one have a plumbing drawing of the way the pit piping is supposed to be. The owners do not. Built in mid 80’s.I want to make sure water discharges are in compliance. I am in Louisiana.

The way it is supposed to be is no guarantee that is what you have. You would need to track down the plans from the plumber if you need official documentation of what is underground.

Doesn’t the water and sewer dept have a “as built” plan on file?
My water and sewer department has prints on file that show where the water and sewer lines are supposed to be. The building dept needs the plans to issue a permit. After construction the contractor has to submit “as built” plans that show where utilities are actually located. They know that the submitted building plans aren’t always what happens in real life

Great, Thanks!

I’ll need to check with the permit office.
