11 degree exit slope too much?

Our express wash at the exit end of the conveyor has a 20' concrete level pad then slopes 11 degrees to a side street exit 50 feet away. I live in an area where customers should be used to this. Does anyone think this is too steep of an exit?

Since you have 20' of level concrete at the end of the conveyor, I don't see a problem.

Sounds perfect! We only require 20' of level surface at the exit. Once the car is out of the wash, it will not roll into the street, lot traffic, ect.
