What grade stainless is the Parker valve you are useing you may have to go to a higher grade stainless or a different type valve .
What is failing on the Parker, the seat, the needle, the body, the threads??

I think I would try a different chemical or at least cut back on acid. You can clean without high acid that damages everything including your automatic, walls, floors tubing, equipment and hopefully not customer cars.
