Bolt was bent as well as the lower 2ft of the arch , no idea who did that but must of trashed their vehicle too. Removed the arch took it in my shop had to set it up on my press and straighten. The backup eye was blocked. :rolleyes: Customers are the worst and best at the same time. Thanks all

Replaced today same issue continues to say drive forward, SOOO replace wired banners 03 and 04 all 4 of them pulled cables same issue jeez. Might just tear this location down after all not that profitable been troubled for weeks now:rolleyes:

I have a softner water was at 32 grains very crappy city water at this location uses a lot of salt :mad:

McClean products . hi ph 100 pink tip 24 drops 51mls per car 40mls on cheaper package lo ph 200 orange tip 24mls per car drying agent 100 ceramic 30mls per car and ceramic 11mls per car coming out very nice so far both locations. One location water 32 grain but works well

just switched to jbs its great so far was using simonize, eyebrow mask finally gone so far :)

looking like maybe backup banners heaters caused a meltdown on them , going to replace today

wash select is what I have . working now have not reset today yet :unsure:

yes that was at another location the arch rotate prox was a defective one sorry about that.

older pdq 4000 runs fine, occasionally after vehicle completes the wash and pulls up to dry entrance will read wash in use? reset with joystick and or jo works for many washes and fails again? t bar breakaway switch totally disconnected so no trouble there. jo sometimes faults with st wheel...

Have a Laser 4000 issue, arch prox replaced due to failure, x32 not lite in jo however jo reads wash bay in use, reset enable still same rebooted still same issue any thoughts out there?
