I have a 360plus, and like it a lot. I am 16 miles from my distributor, which is awesome. Techs, and parts.
Distributor support is my main concern. I have that.
Folks,
I am wondering other people have their 24v 3 way solenoid in their GinSan LP systems.
When someone activates a bay, a 24v solenoid opens(3 way I believe) that allow the air to pass through to my Flojets.
However, the air feeding the "solenoid blocks" is t'ed in a way that air is always...
Interesting idea. I suppose it keeps owner operators on their toes.
I have watched a few of his videos. One thing I don’t like is that he only offers his perspective from inside the vehicle. In the videos I watched, I never saw the vehicle before it was washed, and after it was washed...
Follow up:
So, after digging into the pump stand wiring and patiently assessing the situation, I discovered that two of my 5 bays had the cold water solenoid disconnected. Courtesy of the previous owners. Spent sometime installing all new cold water solenoids, powering them correctly, and...
Apparently I have a Hi Temp modulator. Starts at about 170. My bypass was cracked open about 1/4 of a turn. I opened the valve about 3/4 of a turn. I turned the modulator down to LO per Huron valleys rec. I’ll try to get pics soon. It is a 627,000 btu hydronic atmospheric boiler from Raypak.
Eric H,
So my production temp doesn’t get above 100 degrees when I point the infrared temp gauge at the “holding tank”. Could it be the modulator and gas setting? Wondering if you can offer some more instruction.
Officer,
The exact same thing happened to me the day after the install of my doors. An elderly woman thought she paid for a wash and drove straight through the door into the bay. It was an isolated incident.
Does anyone use this product on their "Airlift" style door rails to prevent ice build up? Is it safe for the rails? How does it work?

The original pump in question draws from a warm water rinse tank. It is fine when it there is no cycling weep.
The HP hose runs from the pump down to about the ground, and then heads laterally about 7 ft., then heads up into the trough. Creating a "U" from the pump connection to the trough. Is...
It’s weird. This only happens on two, sometimes three bays. The closest to the equipment room. The far bays seem fine.
Yesterday I changed the weep location to be on the hp hose side of the pump on 3 of the bays that are affected now. Didn’t cure the issue.
