    Advice on buying a car wash.

    i would not pay more than $300K for the wash. If you pay higher, the return on investment is not worth it. Also I wound not buy the wash if you don't have the cash to buy it outright. the interest is eats too much of gains.

    I am using warsaw right now. If money is not a consideration, extreme presoak by scotch plaid is the best I have used. It just cost so much through a distributor. If you live near dallas or Houston I would use scotch plaid.

    I like the kleenrite vac motor a lot. All I need is a long nose pliers and can change brushes in 1 minute each. I can get 3 to 4 brushes usage out each vac motor. I use them in Jim coleman and fragramatics without problems.
