We use Washcard with WS2 and have the same problem. Have you tried talking to the Support Dept at Washcard? They made an adjustment to the pulse signal on ours. It seems to work better, but it still happens every once and a while.

It sounds like it is the board. I would switch it to another bay and if the problem follows then you know it is the board. You can send it to B&C Electronics to be repaired.

Update you bill acceptor to Mars. Etowah Valley have the update kit. It is very easy to install and should stop the stringing. Cameras won't stop it. You can also switch your car wash to tokens. I have been on them for 4 years and don't have these problems anymore.

Can't you change the Auto Cashier back to dispensing Quarters for change? It will be pretty expensive to change all your coin acceptors.

I went to check it out this morning. You would only want this for parts. The WW is old and very run down. Paystation looks good, but you can't test anything. A lot of work for parts that you don't know work. We passed on it also.
