Instead of taking the wires off the switch I took a wire and jumped between the two wires on the switch. That should accomplish the same thing right? But got no result

I am having an issue where the Water Wizard will not reset after a car leaves. The issue is people will come in after that car, the Unitec will take their money and the car wash will not say "please drive in". It says "Please wait carwash in use". Any ideas? I know when I push the reset...

Greetings Wizard owners. Maybe you can help with an issue on my 1.0? My triple foam is not coming on. On the Red Lion, if you use the test feature it will not turn on the motors. However you can push the triple foam contactor and the motors will work. Any ideas?

Wash Select issue I have 1.0 Water Wizard. This is equipment that has been in use and this issue has just cropped up.

Have a Wash Select II. Noticed when someone is in wash, then a car behind puts money in, the wash will start over immediately after finishing the wash. Before they car has a chance to leave. Is this a stacking issue? It is as if the system is not waiting for the customer to leave the wash...
