WW2.0 prox sensor PNP vs NPN

I am not familiar with your machine but you cannot substitute a PNP for an NPN sensor. One sensor provides a negative output and one provides a positive output. The PLC input card type will determine which sensor you need.

I am a little leery about putting these in. I have tap and swipe on my automatic and it seems many customers dont have tap credit cards or at least they are not aware they have tap. I am afraid I would loose business because they cant pay.

How do I clean my RO tank?

I would start by draining it and taking a shop vac and suck the loose debris out and maybe use a pressure washer on the inside. Looks like there is spare parts and every thing laying in the bottom of the tank. Is this an old superwash site?

I don't know why they don't tag their wires with actual wire numbers like everyone else in the controls industry does.

    Have an old hydrospray system

As someone who programs plc's for a living I would love a plc wired system. I have actually removed a lot of the relay logic from my washes and changed it over to a plc. You can change the entire operation of how your wash works without changing a single wire. You can have data collection of...

    Function wire color code

I doubt there is an industry standard other than hot, neutral, and ground. I imagine every manufacture is different as to the color of the wire vs the function they control.

Dumping Hazardous Liquid down Self Serve Drain

It sucks when people do these kind of things but if I couldn't identify the vehicle I think the last thing I would do would be call the city. You may open yourself up to liability or fines or both. I would just hope lots of water went through the system to flush it away from my location as...

    Car Wash Cleaning

Why would anyone pay a mobile cleaning company to spray down a car wash bay, when they already have all the equipment to clean the bay already in place? Its called hiring an employee if you don't want to do it yourself. You don't need an outside company to come in and do it for you.

I would never put the correct number in. I hate telemarketers with a passion. If a correct phone number was a requirement I would go elsewhere.
