I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again, that Touch4Wash has been absolutely wonderful for us. We’ve installed it at two locations with both self-serve and IBA‘s. Customer service is top notch and price is great. Tons of functionality and the customers love it.

I’m in the process of buying a car wash with 2 side by side Karcher IBAs. They were installed in 2017 and have been pretty busy machines, though I don’t have their Wash numbers yet. Anyone know how long these things last?

I’m also leaning toward Touch4Wash. Looks like it does have far greater capabilities to customize your individual site however you want. I would like to hear from someone who’s used it though.

I’ve recently swaped my goldline bill acceptor out for an MEI (or the MEI replacements). If anyone needs a bill acceptor and stacker please let me know. It works, but was getting finicky on the bills it would accept. You pay the shipping and it’s yours.

Hello all. Does anyone have experience with a mobile app for their wash? I'm looking to compete with the tunnels who are encroaching on our wash. Not sure we want a "membership" program, but would like the mobile app for rewards and loyalty programs. Thanks!

Does anybody have any experience with BeaconMobile? We are in the process of having them build a mobile app for our two washes. Both washes are self serve with in bay automatics. I know I’m asking a little bit late in the game, but I am wondering how their app/service is.

I have a water wizard 2.0 that had the exact same symptoms as your machine is having. The foam generators on the water wizard are on the actual machine (gantry) in the bay. It’s basically just a piece of three-quarter inch PVC filled with steel wool or some other type of media plumbed directly...

I’m not familiar with that machine but have had similar issues. Try checking the foam generator. It could be partially clogged.
