    lazer 360 and 360plus

They wash good and require little maintenance. It's amazing that it does every step thru the same nozzles and applies, rinses, washes perfectly vs something like the Typhoon with many different nozzles and it puts as much on the floor or the plastic covers as it does the car. You can't compare...

    PDQ 360 Plus

Have a 360 plus and we don't have any issues with it aside from normal wear and tear. Belts, had a couple vfd issues, pressure regulator, wheels, can't think of anything else in 3+ years. They aren't fun to grease because the fittings are hard to see let alone getting a gun on them until you get...

Tire Shine Cheaper option <$150 - 5 gallon

No they are very clean. Aside of grease we never have to do anything to these. The shine does last last several days on my truck when I run thru a test wash and very uniform but that is all on the customer. The repeats know how to get a good coating fully around their tire in the time given...

Tire Shine Cheaper option <$150 - 5 gallon

That's a lot of money for 5 gallons. We use Warsaw ultra thick water based silicone. It is thick, like any thicker and it would be a gel. Zero sling, even on the concrete at the application site. We get about 500 cars per 5 gallon and it's about $100 with tax...

    IBA Entry Tire Scrubbers

That's a good idea and after reading this I remember seeing a setup like this at another wash. They had it triggered off a hose and a pressure switch like an old full service gas station bell.

    IBA Entry Tire Scrubbers

I agree they are junk unless you want wheel and tire cleaner sprayed on your rocker panels or your ground effects scrubbed with stiff bristled brush. I cringe when I watch a new civic type r enter or something similar where the ground effects protrude further than anything else and are 8" off...

    IBA Entry Tire Scrubbers

We have our entry tire scrubbers triggered by the garage door sensors but the problem we have is the customer either entering super cautiously, putting away their wallet, rolling up windows or whatever the case may be and 50% of time we have fully extended brushes before the vehicle is in place...

Adding spray gun quick connect to IBA wash bay

I would like to run a line out and drop a quick connect for a pressure washer on the dividing wall between our two bays for clean up purposes. Has anyone else done this using the high pressure pump from the wash equipment? I imagine two ball valves, one to prevent the water from coming out of...
