We are removing an old IBA and replacing it with a new one. In general, does this require a building permit?

We recently purchased a wash in Colorado Springs and refurbished it. We just opened and we are using different chemicals than the previous owners. They were using Kleen-rite chemicals and we have a lot of it at the wash mostly unopened. Anybody in Colorado Springs or Denver interested?

I’m in the process of buying a car wash with 2 side by side Karcher IBAs. They were installed in 2017 and have been pretty busy machines, though I don’t have their Wash numbers yet. Anyone know how long these things last?

Hello all. Does anyone have experience with a mobile app for their wash? I'm looking to compete with the tunnels who are encroaching on our wash. Not sure we want a "membership" program, but would like the mobile app for rewards and loyalty programs. Thanks!

Does anybody have any experience with BeaconMobile? We are in the process of having them build a mobile app for our two washes. Both washes are self serve with in bay automatics. I know I’m asking a little bit late in the game, but I am wondering how their app/service is.
