I accomplish the same thing with door that does not stay unlocked. - Always have the key with me. This is referred t as a "Storeroom lock." It is always unlocked from the inside so you cannot get trapped - but no way to leave it unlocked.
For the house I use the Milwaukee M18 unit. For the washes I preferred the JE Adams unit. I like the security of the case. Yes, you have to run power to it.
Used KR ultra concentrates in Tunnel and SS. with Hydrominder ultra lean tips. I stopped the KT Pre Soak and HP soap due to gelling issues and substituted KR Low PH instead for both.
Used to keep keys in a locked drawer. Then a burglar them. I know have dozens of keyed alike disc locks sitting on a shelf that I had to replace - one day I will find an out of state buyer.
Reported Industry averages were about $2000 / Mo / SS Bay. Seems you are at 150% of that. How many SS Bays does the competition have for $40-$50k / Mo.?
1. Hard to tell if it is auto Drain / Dump by looking. If it is you will hear it exhaust / Dump periodically. Even if it is auto dump you need to check periodically to make sure it is not full of water because they can get gunked up and not dump.
I run 40 or a little more for the Flo Jet and about 20 for the air. Trying to put 10 pounds in a 5 pound sack will hurt the foam. Sometimes less is more.
For my 8 Bay I used 2 FloJets. Each tied to 4 Bays. Worked well. All other selections used one , but with the Erie 6 Hole FB I felt one would not handle volume on busy days - I did not have needle valves or foamers.
I think trying to push foam any distance thru a 1/4" line is an issue. You could try making the line 1/2 Braided or go the route of T'ng above Boom and see which works best. Report Back.
Do I put the the trap before just that pump, like after its regulator, or my feed line at beginning of all pumps?
At the beginning of feed line for all pumps as close to first pump - as far from comresor as possible.
https://www.mcmaster.com/products/air-line-filters/compressed-air-filters-for-particle-removal-7/ item 4958K47 Since air heats as compressed and warm air holds more moisture than cooler air as it travels from the compressor it cools and water condensates out. So, the filter drain should...
I have no idea why this is an issue or done every quarter. I get a bill from the electric company, write a check in QB and it's entered as a deductible expense along with all the deductible expenses.
I think there is another command "Enable Changes' or somethin like that. Been a while . You may also need to start conveyor and let it run until it times out to start changes.
Sold MY Tunnel & 8 By to an outfit that made it EE with Free Vacs. They just put push buttons that triggered the timer on the Vacs by the Bays- Separate free vacs for the Tunnel. IMO better to have the Vac stop after a certain time then keep running when the customer is camped out there...
Like Greg Pack said. . If I put $1000 in quarters in one time but only take out $900 in bills over time it evens out. Plus, the quarters were only one part of the revenue picture - Bays also took credit cards and paper $. Occasionally I monitored the Changer by using the hopper counters. Made...
