Make sure the hose sits in the middle of the radius where the energy chain bends while the machine is in the home position. If its too long or too short it will cause it to wear out prematurely. Also use good hose. Parker 387 ST seems to last the longest for me. I usually get around 12 months...

I switched from air shammee to premier and what a difference. The flow is so much stronger. Customers love them and they are a 1/3 of the price of air shamme and air logic. For $38 a piece I keep at least 3 extras at each location just to have in stock incase one gets ran over or abused.
