Hey I was thinking about painting some yellow lines for people to gauge their vehicle’s width. I don’t know how wide mine are. So a sign would be useless unless you have a tape measure handy. What have you all done to prevent wider ones from scratching their wheels ?

I cleaned two partially plugged nozzles and it dropped back down to 1000psi. I have a new one ready to put on when the time comes.

All the ones I’ve installed have wires only, no plug.

I bought several new gauges that hang up like that. It’s just poor quality. When the hp wobblers are on, my whole gantry rocks side to side. Nothing rocks on ps. Are your wheel bearings shot? That plus the rocking could be moving the elevator bolts too far away from the prox switch on the wheel...

Maybe try it a couple more times. Record a video of your gauge.

Those look like what would sense the elevator bolts that are attached to the nylon wheel. I’ll take a picture tomorrow if I think about it. I don’t see how you’re saving any money by guessing and not calling the guys that deal with this old equipment.

I would call Jim at Tri Valley equipment in St. Clairsville. They have everything Futura that I’ve ever needed.

No it isn’t drive on, but I’d bet that’s your problem. You replaced it with an old one that was probably faulty as well.

I was getting the same thing on mine. I have a treadle sensor mounted under the guide rail. It sticks out a little bit and when people would scrub the rail, the sensor would drop down a little (oblong mounting hole) and that must’ve made the sensor a little too low to detect the the vehicle. It...
