Got ahold of nayax they are telling me that the voltage probably fried reader. They say that it can take a maximum of 24 volt. They say actually that it can run on 12 volt and sugested a relay to protect device from any voltage spike. My bench 24 volt converter is putting out 29 volt. The tech...

Got problem fixed. It was the bonus time. It was set at the 9th coin and it was 0000 time so the 9th coin was not adding time. Adjusted it to 35 coins ( hopefully nobody puts that many in) and is working fine. According to dixmore having bonus time set @ 0000 turns it off ...but mine dosen't.

Just installed dixmore led 6, when you start it counts coins as it should. After it runs and you add a quarter for more time it does not count the first one. The timer beeps but dosen't add time. The next coin adds time as it should. Do i have something off in the settings?

trying to fire unit up, it requires 24v a/c correct? I have no response from reader... I'm assuming that I've blown a fuse in it or smoked the internals. I used the 2 reds together to 24v and the 2 black went to neutral. nothing. I see xpc corp is selling a kit for the nayax reader that...

Figured most our issues out. None of the parts were bad. Ended up not using the connection directions that are exclusive for the Dixmor and used the the connection for a regular timer and it worked.

Nothing registers. We tried both coins.

I've feel we have it hooked up correctly. I've looked over instructions a hundred times. I don't feel like its sending pulse to timer, I wonder if we got a bad one?

on the microcoin we programed tokens as 1$ is the green light supposed to blink 4 times like our old idx10's do?

Bench testing out timer and microcoin ql. Prorgramed ql to take our tokens and was trying to get to read coins on the dixmire display but it doesn't register. Possibly confused where purple wire goes on led6. We do not have it wired to a selection switch yet but that shouldn't matter? Or does it?
