We have a contactor that keeps sticking together causing the pump to run without water. I feel i need to replace but googling the part # i basically get nothing. Is there a modern version of this ?
15/05 . I was able to adjust it up. It's showing a little above 1400. I figured it would be vastly different from the 1000 psi that i had but not so much. I can still notice some improvement in wand.
He Comes every couple weeks with a day cab in a outside bay and does the same shit every time. Bay works fine to wash a vehicle but probably struggles as a truck wash.
I have a outside bay that has a 5cp2140 pump. Pump is new ,regulator is old. My motor is a 5hp 240v single phase. Pressure is disappointing, pump is running around 1050 psi. I'd like to actually make this a higher pressure bay ,advertise it as such and charge more. I know pressure is variable...
I think I've gotten a loose wire somewhere in the meter box. Initially we had low pressure functions but after messing with the wires I've lost that. We ran 24v to the brown wire at the botom of the starter and it started the motor.
Bay high pressure not working. When you start bay, low pressure functions work and timer appears to function as it should. I have 240v at the top of the grey thing but not at the bottom where it feeds the pump 240v with the switch on soap...any ideas?
