So you just bypassed the non-functional one? I had thought of trying to get a slightly newer Mitsubishi plc that had more functionality (eg networkable) even if I could get one and follow this procedure, I’m not sure how I’d test it….

Curious what plc you used as replacement? Mine is acting weird - other bays foam brushes start up when one is used. Intermittent problem and I think it may be time. After all it’s almost 20 years old!

Thanks for all your replies! It ended being a missing wire nut at the end of wire #7 that allowed the wire to contact the metal timer enclosure. Bay is back up and running!
