    What was the very first car wash location and or machine to have Tri foam?

    In the 1960''s in the Tunnels we had wax and then got "Hot ax" In the early 1970s we got "Polish wax" I would guess early1980's we got the triple foam.

    FlowJet Pump Issue

    I put a moisture filter wit auto drain just ahead of the flo jet. Seemed to get the job done as opposed to being closer to compressor because as the air travels away from the compressor it cools and water precipitates out so the drain closer to the compressor won't trap as much moisture...

    Did you have a sign that says "Read the Sign" Check for on line photos of new Vehicles to see if the Decal was OEM. If it is check on line for owner manual to see if it references washing procedures for this. I was going to add to sign that customer is responsible for failing to follow...

    Couple items to consider. 1. Triple net property. Depreciation write offs can provide big tax benefits. . US T-Bills if you have a state income tax since they are not subject to state income tax.

    I use duct tape. I don't want them too secure - in case a car hooks them I'd rather have the hose come apart than pull a boom down.

    So, far it's only retirement from the Wash / Gas / Sno Plow Bus. Huge life Changes - No longer having to carry repair tools, supplies and keys in my car. 2 Days off a week instead of none, cell phone doesn't ring with Employee, Customer and equipment problems, Actually deleted home...

    37 years as an operator, (22 years working on and off at families locations in all sorts of capacities prior to that) sold last of the 4 locations last year. I will still lurk and offer my 2 cents if I think it can help someone. Best wishes to all.

    Sooner - Kleen Rite Products but No Pre Soap Or HP soap - Instead used their low PH Soap for both - Had Gelling issues with their PS and HP Products. Credit Cards with count up all bays and Vacs. Hand Held dryers in All Bays. Bill Accepters - All Bays.

    Why not FRP? Stainless is expensive and most anything else will rust.
